1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 788go ("we," "us," or "the Company") with respect to your use of the 788go online gaming platform, accessible at https://788go.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features therein (collectively, the "Platform").

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the 788go Platform, you are required to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

788go is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. You agree to submit any identification documents requested by 788go, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended by the Platform.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 788go Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending winnings.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

788go currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT (Tether). 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 788go reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice, subject to PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

4.3 Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are typically processed within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts in good standing are generally processed within twenty-four (24) hours. 788go does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Player Fund Security

All player deposits are held in segregated accounts in accordance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements. Player funds are not commingled with 788go's operational funds. In the event of any dispute, PAGCOR's mediation and arbitration procedures shall govern the resolution of fund-related complaints.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 788go Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. 788go reserves the right to apply a conversion spread consistent with industry standards.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 788go may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") before the bonus amount or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. 788go does not apply hidden wagering conditions — if a bonus has a rollover, it will be disclosed explicitly and in plain English before you opt in.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to fulfill wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players — is strictly prohibited. 788go reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Expiry

Bonuses and free spins that are not used within the promotional validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.

6Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 788go Platform are provided by certified third-party game developers whose random number generator (RNG) systems have been independently audited and certified by recognized testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are determined by these certified RNG systems, and 788go makes no modification to game outcomes at any time.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 788go's system logs shall serve as the authoritative record of all gaming activity. Where a game round is interrupted before completion due to a technical fault on the Platform's side, 788go will endeavor to resolve the situation equitably in accordance with the relevant game provider's guidelines.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788go Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine legal authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Impersonating another person, using a false identity, or providing fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform or any of its associated systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 788go staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 788go Platform — including but not limited to the 788go brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all associated software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 788go or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property right and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without 788go's prior written consent.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 788go, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, regardless of whether 788go has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

788go's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

788go does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular game will be available at any specific time, and we reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any game or Platform feature at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 788go's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by 788go

788go reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
• Detection of suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines and any applicable legal requirements.

12.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 788go account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. 788go will process valid withdrawal requests within the standard processing timeframe before completing account closure. Accounts under active investigation or with pending bonus wagering requirements may not be immediately closeable.

13Disputes and Complaints

Your continued use of the 788go Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13 above.

788go operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory matter not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the applicable PAGCOR rules and regulations as amended from time to time.
